Auto processing of the preview calls

Setting the following advanced option parameters, Brekeke CRM process calls automatically even they are scheduled as the “Preview call – General”.

 

Brekeke CRM:

 preview.reserve.auto.scope = 0(none)/1(personal)/2(conditional)/3(all)
  • 0 : Dialer does NOT process auto dialing. (default)
  • 1 : Dialer auto-processes scheduled calls that are assigned to a specific agent.
  • 2 : Dialer auto-processes scheduled calls that are either assigned to a specific agent or are with a filtered condition set at the [assign agent] field.
  • 3 : Dialer auto-processes all scheduled calls.

In the previous version of Brekeke CRM, the “preview.reserve.auto.scope” parameter controls both displaying and making the scheduled call. In the current version, these functions are separated into two parameters. The parameter “preview.reserve.auto.scope” controls only the display of the scheduled calls. The new parameter “preview.reserve.auto.call.scope” controls the making of the scheduled calls.

 

 preview.reserve.auto.scope = 0(none)/1(personal)/2(conditional)/3(all)
  • 0 : Dialer does NOT display scheduled calls at the agent view. (default)
  • 1 : Dialer displays scheduled calls at the agent view that is assigned to a specific agent.
  • 2 : Dialer displays scheduled calls at the agent view that either assigned to a specific agent or are with the filtered condition set at the [assign agent] field.
  • 3 : Dialer displays all scheduled call at the agent view.

 

 preview.reserve.auto.call.scope = 0(none)/1(personal)/2(conditional)/3(all)/-1(not personal)/-2(not conditional)
  • 0 : After displaying scheduled calls, the dialer does NOT make scheduled calls.
  • 1 : After displaying scheduled calls, the dialer auto-processes scheduled calls that are assigned to a specific agent.
  • 2 : After displaying scheduled calls, the dialer auto-processes scheduled calls that are either assigned to a  specific agent or are with the filtered condition set at the [assign agent] field.
  • 3 : After displaying scheduled calls, the dialer auto-processes all scheduled calls. (default)
  • -1 : After displaying scheduled calls, the dialer auto-processes scheduled calls that are NOT assigned to a specific agent.
  • -2 : After displaying scheduled calls, the dialer auto-processes scheduled calls that are NOT assigned to a specific agent or are without filtered condition set at the [assign agent] field.
