Auto processing of the preview calls

By using the following advanced option parameters, system automatically can deal with the calls that are scheduled as the “Preview call – General”.

 preview.reserve.auto.scope = 0(none)/1(personal)/2(conditional)/3(all)
  • 0 : Dialer doesn’t process auto dialing. (default -same as before)
  • 1 : Dialer automatically processes the scheduled calls that a specific single agent is assigned.
  • 2 : Dialer automatically processes the scheduled calls that a specific single agent is assigned or filtered condition is set at the [assign agent] field.
  • 3 : Dialer automatically processes the all scheduled calls.

In the previous version , the “preview.reserve.auto.scope” parameter controls both of displaying and making the scheduled call. In the current version, the parameter “preview.reserve.auto.scope” controls only displaying the scheduled calls, and the new parameter “preview.reserve.auto.call.scope” controls making scheduled calls.

  • 0 : Dialer doesn’t display the scheduled call at the agent view . (default)
  • 1 : Dialer automatically display the scheduled call at the agent view that a specific single agent is assigned.
  • 2 : Dialer automatically display the scheduled call at the agent view that a specific single agent is assigned or filtered condition is set at the [assign agent] field.
  • 3 : Dialer automatically display the all scheduled call at the agent view

 

 preview.reserve.auto.call.scope = 0(none)/1(personal)/2(conditional)/3(all)/-1(not personal)/-2(not conditional)
  • 0 : After display the scheduled call, the dialer doesn’t make scheduled calls automatically.
  • 1 : After display the scheduled call, the dialer automatically makes scheduled calls that a specific single agent is assigned.
  • 2 : After display the scheduled call, the dialer automatically makes scheduled calls that a specific single agent is assigned or filtered condition is set at the [assign agent] field.
  • 3 : After display the scheduled call, the dialer automatically makes all scheduled calls.(default)
  • -1 : After display the scheduled call, the dialer automatically makes scheduled calls that a specific single agent is NOT assigned.
  • -2 : After display the scheduled call, the dialer automatically makes scheduled calls that a specific single agent is NOT assigned or filtered condition is NOT set at the [assign agent] field.
