Login Salesforce CRM and check CTI
Log in to salesforce CRM. At [App Launcher], select the application you created.
The Brekeke CIM login menu is automatically launched when you click the [Phone] icon located at the bottom left.
After you log in to Brekeke CIM, you can make a call from both of the phone icons in Salesforce CRM and a client toolbar.
