Step 1. Add the following parameter at [Admin menu] > [Settings] > [Advanced options] in Brekeke CRM. = 2


Step 2. When an agent clicks on the “Customer ID” field of an entry, the screen switches to the agent view.


Agent status automatically changes to “Work“.
The call button will start blinking.
