Step 1. Add the following parameter at [Admin menu] > [Settings] > [Advanced options] in CRM.

adminui.call.scheduling.list.link.mode = 2

 

Step 2. When an agent click the “Customer ID” field of each entry, the screen moves to the agent view automatically.

 

Agent status automatically changes to “Work“.
The call button is blinking.
