6. Configure Call Log History

 

Search for Contacts page and then click on any item in the list.

 

Open the menu then click the Related Lists .

 

 

*If you see the warning like the below and all of items are disable, you should change your workspace to “Customer Service” before you can make any update. To change work space you can click on the drop down list in top menu bar:

 

*In case you don’t see the toggle menu, follow these steps:

 

Select  “Phone Log” item in the available list and click on the right arrow, then save the configuration.

 

Now, you can see the tab “Phone logs” in the Contact page:

 

Create new column name “u_phone_number_us” with type String. Click  “New” button and  fill information like the below, then click save.
