4. Configure OpenFrame
Note: OpenFrame may not be installed as default in some instances. Before start the following steps, please make sure the OpenFrame installed on your Service Now environment.
Configure OpenFrame:
Search for “OpenFrame” and go to Configurations Page.
Click a New button to create a new configuration.
Adding information( Name, title, subtitle, width, height, URL, and Configuration)
The [URL] field should be in the following format:
https://{your_subdomain_on_servicenow}.service-now.com/csm?id={page_id}
page_id: ID of the page you created at the previous step, in this example. it is brekekepage
Example:
https://dev117428.service-now.com/csm?id=brekekepage
Add your Brekeke CIM’s URL at the [Configuration] field.
Make sure the “Active” checkbox is checked. Then Click Update.
