Reserve call schedules on 5 minutes basis

In Brekeke CRM, as default, agents can reserve call schedules on hour basis.

 

 

In the case that operations need to set more specific call scheduling times, by setting the following parameter at the [Advanced options], agents can set call schedules on  more specific slots like 5 minutes basis.

<For whole system>

ui.reserve.time.mode=2

 

<For specific tenant>

tenant.<tenant name>.ui.reserve.time.mode=2

 

Because of above parameters, agents can set a redial schedules on the slot basis that is specified at the  [Project] >[Dialer] > [Redial Settings] > [Interval Duration for Redial Scheduling].

Here as an example, “5” minutes is selected.

 

In agents’ operations, they can set call schedules on 5 minutes basis.
