Reserve call schedules on 5 minutes basis

In Brekeke CRM, as default, agents can reserve call schedules on hour basis.

 

In the case that operations need to set more specific call scheduling times, by setting the following parameter at the [Advanced options], agents can set call schedules on 5 minutes basis.

<For whole system>

ui.reserve.time.mode=2

 

<For specific tenant>

tenant.<tenant name>.ui.reserve.time.mode=2
