Set priority for scheduled calls - Brekeke CRM

Setting  the following advanced parameter at CRM > [Admin Menu] >[Settings] > [Advanced Options] , priority category can be used for scheduled calls.

 

dialer.reserve.priority.enabled = false(default)/true

 

 

[Priority] field will be shown at the [Call Scheduling] and [Agent View] pages .
