8. Store Result and Comment on ServiceNow

 

Add result and comment columns to sn_openframe_phone_log table.

Go to System Definition > Tables and search for sn_openframe_phone_log.

 

Click the New button and add these two columns as below:

 

Column label: Result

 

Column label: Comment

 

Then click save.
