Success Story: Incubator Bank’s call center chose Brekeke PBX for their call center platform

With 38 remote offices connected via VPN, the Brekeke platform serves all IP calls for the Incubator Bank of Japan. The bank required high availability and reliability for their telephony system, so all devices in the network were installed with redundancies. 

The platform is utilized for the bank’s call center. The bank has customized CRM and predictive dialer systems that are integrated with Brekeke PBX.
