Changing activation method (online/offline) on the same machine

Online activation -> Offline activation

Send an inquiry to request a change in activation method. Send the following information when you contact us:

– License (Product ID)
– Registered email address when the request is not sent from the registered email address

This change (online to offline) will not be counted toward your transfer maximum (three times).

 

Offline activation -> Online activation

If you are changing the activation method on the same machine, by following the instruction given on the product admintool, you can switch the activation method to online without any reset at our end. In this case, the change in the activation method will not be counted toward your transfer maximum.

If you need to move the license to a new server and use online activation at the new server, send an inquiry to request a change in activation method. Send the following information when you contact us:

– License (Product ID)
– Registered email address when the request is not sent from the registered email address

This change (offline to online) will be counted toward your transfer maximum (three times).
