How do I change my registered email address?
In the email, please make sure to include the following information:

Current Registered Email Address (required):
New Registered Email Address you wish to update with **:
Contact Person’s Name:
We recommend to set “registered email” address with general email address where multiple employee/staff will be able to access with, such as email@example.com. This way, you will not need to make changes to registered email address every time your system administrator changes.
** We can only allow changes of registered email address to another email address with the same domain. For example, if the original registered email address is firstname.lastname@example.org, we cannot change the registered email address to email@example.com.
