I requested an evaluation license, but I haven't received the ID.
The product ID for a 60-day free trial will be send to you by our system automatically, and usually you should receive the product ID instantly. If you haven’t received the ID within a few hours, there may be some issues.
We’d like to suggest the following actions to locate your evaluation ID:
1. Search through your junk mail folders for the email Brekeke sent to you (from license[at]brekeke.com) as it could have been moved there by your spam filters.
2. Use “Product ID Look Up” service. Make sure to enter the email address you used to request the evaluation license.
To avoid any communication error, please add “@brekeke.com” domain to the list of safe/white/allow list on your spam filter settings.
