Summary: 

Case 1: The Product ID contains fewer or more than 16 characters.

Case 2: The Product ID does not match the installed product.

Case 3: The Product ID contains invalid characters.
(Only numbers and letters are accepted.)

Solution: 

Case 1: Ensure that the Product ID you entered is exactly 16 characters long.

Case 2: Check the product logo on the admintool and compare it with the product name listed in the license email you received.

Case 3: Paste the Product ID into a note-taking app to confirm that no special characters or spaces have been accidentally included.
