Error Message: 

Unable to download lc from 127.0.0.1 (or IP address of your server)

Summary:

This error occurs when there is an error downloading signature.dat file which is required for offline activation.

Solution: 

This is a known issue with Internet Explorer (IE) browser. Please use Firefox or Chrome to access the Brekeke software’s product admintool.
