Call Park
To prevent leaving parked calls without anything, system provides the feature that defines the handling of parked calls that reach timed out. (Available in v3.8.5.x or later)

“Callback” ->PBX calls back to the extension that parked the call. “Call” ->PBX makes a call to the specified number. |
