Concurrent calls (Licensing)

When the number of concurrent calls for licensing, the following rule will be used.

1 concurrent call = Two SIP UAs are connected via PBX and in a call. A call is counted toward the number of concurrent calls while it is in ringing status.

When there are more than three SIP UAs connected via PBX and in a call, each SIP UA after the first two SIP UA is considered as one concurrent call. For example, when there are three SIP UAs connected via PBX and in a call, the number of concurrent calls is 2. When there are 100 SIP UAs connected via PBX in a conference call, the number of concurrent calls will be 99.
