Display caller name

How to display the caller’s name instead of extension number on the phone?

 

From phone book (from v3.8)

If the [Phonebook for Display Name] = Yes for the Phone Type, the display name will be replaced with the display name of the contact in the phonebook when receiving an incoming call.

 

From user extension(from v3.1)

User extension [Account] page [Name] field setting will be used as caller display name
This feature can be disabled from [Optons]> [Settings] page [Use user’s name as Display Name]
