2. Add New SBC to Direct Routing

To configure and connect an SBC to Direct Routing, you can use the Microsoft Teams admin center or PowerShell. Here, as an example, using Teams admin center.

  1. In the left navigation, go to [Voice] > [Direct Routing], and then click the SBCs tab.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Enter an FQDN for the SBC.
