3. Enable users for Direct Routing

Follow the instruction “Enable users for Direct Routing”, create users and add the following licenses to them.

  • Microsoft Teams
  • Microsoft Teams Phone Standard

 

Here, as an example, add licenses to the user “Ten6 Shino” in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
