CPS Management on ARS

CPS (Call Per Second) can be adjusted by ARS.

 

Note: This feature is available only in Brekeke PBX version 3.12.1 or later.

 

 

Parameter Explanation
out.interval.min Minimum call interval (ms).

If  “out.interval.min=100” is set, calls are made with at least 100 (ms) interval, CPS will not be over 10 (CPS).

out.interval.group The settings apply within this ARS group.

If “out.interval.group=att_gw” is set, all calls that go through the ARS routes of the “att_gw” group will be considered as one CPS group.

out.interval.wait.max Maximum call interval (ms).

If “out.interval.wait.min=10000” is set, a BUSY response will be sent to a caller when the wait time of the call is reaching 10000(ms).
