Poor sound quality during uploaded file playback

When uploading audio files, make sure that the file format is not changed. Any changes made to the file format could result in sound quality degradation.

Format requirement of uploaded sound files:

Sample rate 8 kHZ
Bit-depth 16 bit
Channels Mono
Yes No
