Stereo Recording Support

Brekeke PBX supports stereo call recording. (available v3.10.2.8 or later)

 

The file format settings is at PBX > [Options] > [Settings] > [Call recording file format]

(In multi-tenant edition, [Tenant] >[Options] >[Settings] > [Call recording file format] ).

 

Select “pcm16(stereo)” then save.

 

 

Note: Stereo recording will use more storage space than Mono recording (default).

  • Recording file size (Mono): 8 KB/second
  • Recording file size (Stereo): 32 KB/second
