Voicemail messages missing

Check [Brekeke PBX admintool] > [Users] > New/Edit>[Message forwarding], if there is another user’s extension number there, then voicemail messages won’t be saved in your message box. If you wish to keep a copy of messages for yourself, remove the other extension number(s) or add your own telephone number to [Message forwarding] field.
