Error message at the upgrade page

I received a message, “Your Product ID is NOT valid for an upgrade. According to our records, your product ID has been issued through one of our distributors.” at the Purchasing upgrade page.

 

Error Message:

Your Product ID is NOT valid for an upgrade. According to our records, your product ID has been issued through one of our distributors. Please contact the distributor for an upgrade or contact Brekeke sales team to receive further assistance.

 

Summary: 
Case 1: The license entered was originally purchased through our resellers.
Case 2: The license information is incomplete.

Full license should look like BRxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (begins with “BR” and followed by 12 digits of charactors (mixed with number with alphabets).

 

Solution:

Case 1: Contact our sales team. Make sure to send the license information and upgrade order details.

Case 2: If you don’t have the full license information, refer to this wiki topic or inquire us.
