Some UAs won’t run properly when the “Ir” parameter is included in Record-Route. You can avoid this problem by putting the line &net.sip.addreordroute.lr=false in your Dial Plan rule.
However we recommend solving the problem on the client side as much as possible by taking actions such as updating the firmware of your device.
