Error message "Failed to start the embedded database."

Issue:

Brekeke SIP Server failed to start with the error message “Failed to start the embedded database…”

 

Cause:

This error may occur under the following conditions:

– Version update done from version 3.5.1 or older to the version in the range 3.5.2 – 3.10.4 on the Java 11 environment.

– Restore backup file created at an old version of Brekeke SIP Server (v3.5.1 or older) at the Brekeke SIP Server (v3.5.2 – 3.10.4) with Java 11 environment.

 

 

Solution:

Update Brekeke SIP Server to version 3.10.5.4 or later.
