Setup Presence feature of Counterpath with Brekeke SIP Server

 

Please do the following steps:

  1. Please go to SIP Account Setting > Properties > Presence
  2. Set Mode to “Peer-to-peer”
  3. at [Account], Make sure the user name is as same as what you put at “Authorization user name”
  4. Click on “Add Contacts”
  5. Choose “Softphone” and add contact phone ID
  6. Set “Presence” field
  7. Click on OK and the phone number will display their status on the contact list.
