ServiceNow

Prerequisites:
  • Admin account of the ServiceNow instance is needed.
  • Installed OpenFrame plugin in ServiceNow.
  • Integration is available on Brekeke Contact Center Suite (Brekeke CCS) version 2.7.8 or later.
