Case 1: This error occurs when activate Brekeke SIP Server or Brekeke PBX on v2.x after upgrading the license to v3.

Case 2: This error occurs when v3 trial license was applied on version 2 software.

Solution: 

Case 1: This is a normal steps for upgrading v2 software to v3.

Case 2: Download v3 software from DOWNLOAD page and apply the trial license. Be sure to uninstall v2 software from the machine to avoid any issues. (v2 trial license is no longer available.)
