Summary:

Case 1: This error occurs when a temporay license you received had expired.

Case 2: The error occurs when our system received mulitple activation from a license upgrade from v2 software to v3.

Case 3: The error occurs during the process of software upgrade from v2 to v3

Case 4: Used to activate version 3 license with a license for version 2

Solution: 

Case 1: Transfer license using one of the methods explained in this wiki topic.

Case 2: Request a transfer if you would like to move the v3 software license to upgrade v2.
